Virtual assistant pricing doesn’t have to be complicated. At VirtualPA4Business I offer straightforward monthly retainer packages designed to give your business consistent, reliable support.

The best way to work with me is through a retainer package.

A retainer is a block of hours reserved exclusively for your business every month. Your hours are guaranteed, your costs are fixed and there are no hidden surprises.

Not sure how many hours you need?

That is completely normal for new clients. Here is how it works:

We start by selecting the retainer package that feels closest to your needs. During the first couple of months, if you need a few extra hours on top, we simply add standalone hours at my hourly rate. This gives us a clear picture of exactly how much support your business needs each month.

Once things have settled, usually after two months, we adjust your retainer up or down to reflect your actual requirements. That way you are always on the right package for your business.

This approach means:

• You commit to a regular working relationship from day one
• Your hours are always protected and reserved for you
• Your monthly costs are predictable and easy to budget for
• If you need less support, we simply move you to a lower retainer

I do not offer a pay as you go service for ongoing work. This is because I believe the best results come from building a consistent, committed working relationship with my clients.
