My name is Marie, a virtual assistant based in Reading, Berkshire. I have always been fascinated by business from how companies are run to the challenges business owners face every day. I studied Business & Marketing at university. My first role was in marketing but my true passion led me somewhere different. I became a Personal Assistant and never looked back.

Throughout my career as an employed PA, I worked predominantly for FTSE 100 companies, starting out as an administrator and working my way up to PA level supporting Senior Executives. Those years were incredibly rewarding. They shaped me into the highly proficient PA I am today.

After 20 years, the time had come for something new. I created VirtualPA4Business with a clear vision. I wanted to understand how smaller businesses operate — from sole traders to small and medium enterprises. My goal was to identify gaps in their business and show how a virtual personal assistant in Reading, Berkshire could fill them.

Since then, I have worked with clients across many industries. Health and wellness is a sector I particularly enjoy.
