Marie worked as my VA whilst I was North Africa Manager at BG Group’s head office in Reading. The role required the management of my diary and e-mails, making UK and international travel arrangements (flight and hotel bookings, taxi’s arrangements, visas etc), organising meetings (internal and external venues), meeting and greeting visitors and other management support and administration tasks.
